IYAFP Membership Program

The IYAFP Membership Program is open to both registered and unregistered youth-led organizations and networks actively engaged in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice (SRHRJ) and/or other human rights issues at national, regional, or global levels for at least one year. Each organization appoints one main delegate and one alternate delegate, both aged 18-30, as its representatives. IYAFP’s member organizations are required to be youth-led rather than youth-serving, defined as having at least 80% of senior management aged 30 or under.

Members of IYAFP actively promote SRHRJ for youth within their communities, striving to ensure the meaningful engagement of young people in decision-making processes that affect their lives. They achieve this through various means, including advocacy, knowledge generation, information sharing, partnership building, and capacity strengthening of young human rights defenders.

Our Areas of Work

Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Justice, HIV and AIDS.
